Sharmini, Co-founder and Technical Director of 3sixty Analytics, is a dynamic, result-oriented leader, with over 17 years of global experience in Software Development, in multiple domains; ERP, Service Management applications, Portals, Core Payment Systems (Cards, Mobile Payment) and Enterprise applications Integrations. Her experience shines in strong knowledge in Telecom, Banking and Payment industry.

Previously, she led the software development teams in different companies within the Telecommunication, Banking and Insurance industries.  She successfully delivered high profile projects such as e-payment services solutions within designated budget and timelines. Her experience extends beyond Malaysia to include USA, Africa and Middle East.

Currently, Sharmini is involved in the implementation of major technical solutions projects for leading Banking and Insurance corporations in Malaysia.  She is a champion in managing and directing ERP Systems projects and packed with solid base of knowledge and experience working in large organizations such as ORACLE USA Inc.

Sharmini has Bachelor of Science, Computer Information Systems Graduate from Colorado State University, USA and certified with ITIL v3, Business Process Management Pro-Diploma and COBIT Foundation.
